Domino's Pizza in Frankfurt (Oder)

Yesterday the 1st time for several years was not delivered. At first it was said: online orders are crazy, then travel time suddenly too long - supposedly 30 minutes according to the seller's statement (but only 10-12 minutes) Then we accepted the order by phone and gave us a delivery time. A short time later, the order was canceled by the pizza company. It is curious that my son, who was 100m away, could order without any problems. So all statements made by the saleswoman were just lies and excuses. I'm 55 years old now, but that has never happened to me before. will of course no longer order pizza from Dominos.

Everything is great, quick and hygienic. Maybe that of all friendly employees, but all good things are never together .. the rest is true ?

As always great. There is only one pizza from Dominos.

We ordered a hot sled WITHOUT tartar sauce because I can't stand it. (called again and asked for it) The wrap MIT tartar sauce arrived. According to the shift management, it is not possible to deliver the wrap without sauce because it belongs with it ?! Then why not just give us a call and ask if you want something else instead? Not good service, unfortunately.

Pizzas very tasty. Ingredients are really good and the workmanship is sometimes not so good. Often longer waiting times but people do their best. The people there definitely deserve better. Good to eat for work not recommended!

Regular customer ? I am always very satisfied. Pizzas and pizza rolls are delicious and delivery is always quick. If the staff knows that the delivery time will take a little longer, they announce this and you can pick up the order in person as soon as possible. But you have to order by phone because the app is not yet up to date. All in all - great ?

Absolutely unacceptable !!! Ordered medium -> get Classic. Ordered with extra corn and garlic -> get neither Still paid for it :( (+ get constipated)

2 hours trying to order something but didn't even get around to just bad and fits ffo

Pizza was dry, topping was very thin and scattered irregularly. The ham on the Hawaii looked like it had thawed quickly 2 weeks ago. The tomato sauce tasted like tomato paste with water, salt and 0.01g herbs. Gives the star because the pizza rolls were ok. Otherwise 0 stars.

The pizza is delicious and there are always great offers. Can just be recommended.

After over 3 hours I still haven't received a pizza. Will only order from the competition.

Worst experience, after 1h30 of wait for 1 pizza and 1 cookie, they hang up on me on the phone. Last time i order here, macdonald's is cheaper.

Once again not as ordered the pizza! You have to pay a surcharge for something extra and those in the kitchen can't do it! Nice happened the 12th time but this time it was the last

Ordered via app worked perfectly. Check Order traceable. Check Different payment options. Check Order delivered at the stated time with the additional request upon delivery. Check Everything as ordered. Check Friendly. Check You can only say perfect. Other suppliers can learn something there.

Order regularly and really can't complain. Pizza always comes fast, delivery staff are friendly and the pizza is always nice and warm. They taste good too :)

We could already subscribe as often as we order there. The pizzas are always delicious, we have never been dissatisfied. And the preparation has always taken less than 30 minutes. Really have nothing to complain about.

Worst delivery service ever. Only an Hour and thirty minutes to deliver a medium pizza

Very friendly staff. Fast service. Big menus for pizza, breads, deserts, drinks, nuggets/chicken wings. Tasty and hot dishes served with a smile. Would love to visit with friends and family. They also offer a quick home delivery from10€ onwards. ????

So I have to say, pizza can be made really well by dominos, but when I got the new pizza bread and arrived home, I almost fell over when I opened the box. On the first picture you can see the box and a picture of the pizza bread as it should have looked. On the second picture you can see what was actually in the box. I don't know what the content has in common with the picture on the box? I don't think much. As I said pizza and other things are really great but that was not at all.
